Just a little catch up post. Few things going on, including lazy weekends and making curtains.
So, I changed a few things around here. Nothing big. It was time to get a little more serious. Some serious opportunities have arisen. They will be shared in due time but they called for a slightly more serious look. I hope you like it. I do.
On Friday I have another Visa appointment. Oh the joys of having a South African passport. I will be putting on my fanciest smile for the UK consulate to grant my UK visa to attend my big brothers wedding (End of the month). I CAN NOT WAIT. The last time I got lost in London was in 2011. I fell in love with the damp old Dame. Such interesting content awaits! Licking of land marks will continue of course.
Besides for scrambling to get all my papers in order for the trip, we have also been rather relaxed around here. All these public holidays and all led to us staying away from our computers for a few days. I put my feet up and my man made us curtains for the bedroom. (Not kidding, there is little this man can not do)
I did this…
While he made this…
Sorry girls. He is mine. 😉
We had dinner with friends at Bellgables. The MOST over the top hidden fine dining spot in the Cradle Of Humankind. I will share a freinds Zomato review once I find it. (I think he is one of the top users of the App in SA)
My springbok medallions.
In other news, I had a hair cut/colour. I went from this…
Mooi ne. It was time for some fresh colour. Nothing feels as fantastic as fresh cut hair.
So there it is, my little catch up.
I have a few travel posts coming up this week. Including some stories about how Oscar and I nearly got arrested in Mozambique.
